AAN DE MAAS is a series of ten paintings, each 200 x 200 cm, showing an aspect of harbour activity along the banks of the Meuse. The series will be shown as one panoramic view of the harbour, in a yet to be constructed building, with a specially designed wall, for the "Scheepvaart en Transport College'. Alianated companies were likely to give a bouquet of flowers or such on delivery of the new building. I offered them a chance to participate in the project to donate a more lasting gift.
